Sara McFadden is the Learning & Engagement Lead for Panorama Global. In this role, Sara serves to support each member of Panorama to enhance the employee experience, develops strategies that furthers organizational culture and talent growth & development.
Sara comes to Panorama after a lengthy public sector HR career with focus on Talent, Organizational & Leadership Development, Performance Management & Coaching and in Curriculum Design and consultation. Sara serves in local Society for HR Management (SHRM) chapters and in Diversity & Inclusion Professionals of Central PA group that collaborates and networks in DEIJ training, educational and impact initiatives within south central Pennsylvania.
Sara holds her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/HR Management, SHRM-SCP & SPHR certifications and enjoys spending time with her partner, daughter and pup.
