Xavi Garcia-Molina is a Senior Project Manager on Panorama's Programs team. In this role he manages Panorama's portfolio of fiscally sponsored collaboratives and networks to ensure high-impact support for partners.
Xavi joined Panorama as a National Urban Fellow (NUF), where he received his Master's in Policy Management from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University while serving as a Senior Associate at Blue Meridian Partners. During his fellowship, Xavi provided catalytic support to place-based partnerships identifying scalable solutions designed to improve economic and social mobility in communities across the United States.
More locally, as a Lancastrian, Xavi is dedicated to his community in Lancaster, PA. Xavi co-founded Lancaster's first LGBTQ+ center and an Equity Fund in partnership with the Lancaster County Community Foundation to shift the power in philanthropy to BIPOC communities.
When he's not collaborating with community stakeholders to elevate and address issues of equity, Xavi enjoys watching the same movie for the fifth time with his nephew, stargazing, and planning his next vacation.
