As the Senior Internal Communications Manager, Jaimee keeps Panorama staff informed and engaged with new projects and helps to create a shared understanding of the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Jaimee brings more than 10 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, internal communications, and event planning for nonprofits and local governments. Prior to joining Panorama, she served as the Senior Communications Manager for Multnomah County Health Department in Portland, Oregon, where she partnered with executive leadership to help drive employee engagement, diversity, and strategic outcomes. She also oversaw and led a leadership program of 30 employees to develop equity-focused strategies that directly affected nearly 2,000 employees.
Jaimee received her Master of Arts in Public Relations from Michigan State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Washington State University. She is a proud member of the Public Relations Society of America and has earned her Accreditation in Public Relations from the Universal Accreditation Board.
In her spare time, you can find Jaimee enjoying a good comedy or action-packed movie, volunteering for causes, and spending time with loved ones.
