Frances Andersen Bicknell is the Office and Operations Coordinator at Panorama Global. In this role she provides support for the Business Strategy and Ops Team, manages on and off-boarding processes, and oversees daily office operations.
Prior to joining Panorama, Frances was the manager of a children’s gymnastics facility and a certified behavior technician. While she enjoyed working with children to develop their fine motor and social emotional skills, she is excited to work for a more globally impactful organization.
Frances graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish and was a diver on the Swimming and Diving Team. She grew up in Seattle and enjoys swimming in Lake Washington, discovering new restaurants and hiking in the PNW.
