Ayat Elnoory

Ayat Elnoory is Vice President, People & Culture for Panorama Global. In this role, she leads, develops, and executes all of Panorama's people needs to support our ever-growing staff and our strategic partners. Passionate about bridging organizational development and social change efforts, she is developing the next chapter of Panorama's People and Culture experience to ensure a strong equity-oriented culture.

Ayat brings nearly 20 years of HR experience and supporting mission-driven organizations worldwide and across sectors, from small startups to large multinationals. Prior to joining Panorama, she was the Global Lead HR Business Partner at Wikimedia Foundation. She has particularly enjoyed her time consulting with community groups on developing their talent management and human capital initiatives. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Illinois School of Labor and Employment Relations and is SPHR/SHRM-SCP certified.

Ayat is co-founder and advisory member at the American Muslim Community Foundation. She is also a board member at The Community Impact Fund where she works on advancing sustainability of local, individual, and communal philanthropy.
