Katrina Anaya

As the Systems and Process Administrator, Katrina supports the management and implementation of systems across Panorama. She works to optimize processes by determining the organization’s needs and investigation options for new systems. Katrina is the to go person for creating “how to” documents and training staff on new systems and processes.

Katrina comes to Panorama with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has managed a variety of programs related to educational access, and most recently managed and streamlined operations at the Equal Justice Center and at the Central Texas affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. She holds a master’s degree from Seattle University in Student Development Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

When not evaluating processes, you can find Katrina working out with her newly acquired dumbbell set or racing online in Mario Kart with her friends in Texas and Washington.
